So, we went down to have a look at the hive and there were bees in and out, just a few but we could see ’em. What a relief that was, giving the losses there have been this year we are very lucky. Don’t know what the state of the hive is yet but at least we know the queen is in there and laying!
How do we know she is laying? The bees are taking in pollen all bundled up on their legs.
